Nice condo eh? This condo happens to be located on Beach Ave. near Stanley Park. In my opinion, this condo is located in one of the most beautiful areas in all of Vancouver! It’s a little on the pricey side. But hey…someone is living their dream there! And it’s for sale too!

So why am I showing you this particular condo? Because it’s a dream of mine! To live in one of the most beautiful parts of the city! And to own a piece of this real estate, it will cost me a few dollars!

My point being is that regardless of what “your” dream maybe, it will cost money. It takes money to make the dream come true. This condo may not be your dream. For many people, just getting out of the debt nightmare and having some money in the bank is a dream come true. Being debt-free is a good start for many people. How about you? Can you picture yourself living a life free of debt? And on top of that, having some cash flow coming in? How much stress would be eliminated from your life at that stage?

The purpose of this post it’s fairly simple. And that is to get you to start dreaming again.
As human beings, we need to have that “why” in our lives. It is a critical part of our makeup. It’s the passion for life!

A very successful friend of mine told me that everything starts with the dream. That dream can be a material or a non-material dream. Regardless of what it is, find something that excites YOU! And then look for the right opportunities that will help you make your dreams come true.

In my humble opinion, having a job and working 9 to 5 is not the way to go. Been there done that. In one of my other posts, Bill Bartmann makes the point that if you want to have any chance of success, you have to go into business for yourself.

Hence, that is why I have created this blog. To provide you with those opportunities.
